There are plenty of different NLP trainings that are offered by NLP Trainers in India and abroad.
However, there are 3 NLP trainings that are recognised officially worldwide – NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and New Code NLP Practitioner.
The other NLP trainings such as “NLP for Business”, “NLP for Leadership”, “NLP for Sports” are a combination of the contents of the 3 NLP trainings and applications of them.
The contents and course duration of NLP Certification Trainings in India and abroad vary.
However, there are certain international standards for course contents and duration of an NLP Certification Training set by the co-creators of NLP – Dr. John Grinder, Richard Bandler and Frank Pucelik.
The standards are maintained by the NLP Trainers trained by them personally. Hence, you will find those standards in NLP Certifications in India and abroad, that are certified through the co-creators of NLP.

The minimum duration of days set by co-creators of NLP for an International NLP Certification Training are:
NLP Practitioner Training and NLP Master Practitioner Training:
• International Trainers Academy (ITA) – John Grinder Certified NLP Training: 9 days
• Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming (SNLP) – Richard Bandler Certified NLP Training: 7 days
• Meta International – Frank Pucelik Certified NLP Training: 10 days
New Code NLP Practitioner Training:
• International Trainers Academy (ITA) – John Grinder Certified NLP Training: 5 days

Abhay's NLP training institute – Transformative NLP International (T-NLP) – is proud to be the first NLP Training Institute in India to provide both International NLP Certification Trainings – New Code NLP and NLP Trainings – certified by co-creator of NLP – Dr. John Grinder and co-developers of New Code NLP – Carmen Bostic and Michael Carroll.
The NLP Certification provided for the NLP Trainings has value across the globe.
Therefore, international standards are followed in his NLP Trainings to meet the criteria. Abhay's NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner Training are of 9 days and the New Code NLP Practitioner trainings are of 5 days.
Moreover, Abhay's NLP Trainings exceed the minimum time duration recommended by ITA.
For instance, the standard duration set for a New Code NLP certified training is 35 hours, but my trainings are for over 40 hours.
This provides participants the opportunity to learn more and have more time to practice New Code NLP techniques and tools during the training.
Importantly, just by only attending the NLP training, a participant does not receive the International NLP Certification.
There are several evaluations that a participant has to go through before becoming an Internationally Certified NLP Practitioner or NLP Master Practitioner or New Code NLP Practitioner. You have to earn it!

The International NLP Certification Abhay provides for his NLP courses in India and New Code NLP trainings are certified by ITA. Therefore, a chunk of the course investment is dedicated only to the certification cost.
• In fact, the cost of his NLP trainings in India is 1/3rd the cost of NLP certification provided by other International NLP trainers who provide ITA certified NLP trainings in other countries.
• In comparison to NLP Trainers, who provide International NLP Certification in India – certified by Richard Bandler, the course investment of my NLP trainings is less.
• As compared to NLP Trainers who provide NLP trainings in India, which are not Internationally certified – not certified by co-creators of NLP (Dr. John Grinders, Richard Bandler and Frank Pucelik) the course investment of my NLP trainings is competitive to theirs.
In addition, he also provides lifetime mentoring to participants after they attended his New Code NLP/NLP training, with no extra charges.
Abhay's NLP trainings provide essential life skills applicable to each person from every walk of life.
Hence, he believes that it must be accessible to each person. Due to this, the cost of his NLP trainings is nominal.
After attending my NLP trainings, participants have often shared that the NLP course was worth much more than what they paid for.
Subsequently, they regret not enrolling for his New Code NLP workshop sooner since they could have yielded the benefits of New Code NLP techniques and tools much before.
New Code NLP is what John Grinder (co-creator) refers to as “The Ferrari of NLP”.
According to him, New Code NLP is more effective and ecological.
Although Abhay is certified by him to provide NLP certification trainings as well as New Code NLP certification trainings, he is choosing to focus more on facilitating New Code NLP trainings in India and abroad.
As an NLP coach, Abhay has personally been able to facilitate more profound transformations in people’s lives through New Code NLP.
Moreover, there is an element of fun with New Code NLP tools such as New Code NLP Games.
This element is what he found missing in several healing modalities he has been practicing since 2008.

In addition, after attending the New Code NLP Certification training, the course participants are empowered with several techniques even to help out their loved ones.
In the New Code NLP trainings, Abhay has had the privilege of sharing New Code NLP techniques and tools with many NLP Trainers from several NLP training institutes.
This includes Internationally certified NLP Trainers, Frank Pucelik certified NLP Trainer and several NLP Practitioners and NLP Master Practitioners from India and abroad who were looking to upgrade their knowledge, skills, tools and techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
He has even had New Code NLP Practitioners in his New Code NLP workshops, who had previously learnt New Code NLP directly from Dr. John Grinder.
Abhay has often been asked by those (including NLP Trainers) who wish to enroll for New Code NLP training, regarding the difference between NLP and New Code NLP.

Currently, Abhay's focus is more on facilitating New Code NLP trainings. Hence you will find them more on my schedule calendar than NLP Practitioner or NLP Master Practitioner trainings.
However, there are certain NLP techniques, tools and concepts that need to be learned before enrolling for the New Code NLP certification training, if a person is not an NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner or NLP Trainer.
To fulfill that criteria, an individual with no prior experience of attending an NLP workshop, would need to attend a 2 days NLP course of NLP Core Skills.
NLP Core Skills training in itself is very valuable. The course contents of this NLP training is designed to empower you with essential life skills. In addition, you gain skills that will enable you to be a professional communicator.
Although the NLP Core Skills covers the fundamentals of NLP, there have been many NLP Coaches – NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioners and NLP Trainers, who have even attended this NLP training to get a different perspective of the fundamentals of NLP.
